ANOTHER IMPORTANT NEGATIVE POINTS.

1.     RECOMMENDED "VERY GOOD"BENCH MARK  FOR PROMOTION & INCREMENT AFTER 20 YEARS OF SERVICE.
2.     TO LINK WAGES ALSO TO PERFORMANCE IN FUTURE
3.     TO REGULARIZE CONTRACT SYSTEM BY FIXING UNIFORM GUIDE LINES
4.     TO LINK BONUS TO PERFORMANCE

                                       OUR DEMANDS SHOULD BE:

1.     MINIMUM WAGE TO BE FIXED AS PER PRESENT RATES WHICH WILL COME TO 33,000/-
2.     DATE OF EFFECT SHOULD BE 1-1-2014
3.     50% DA BE MERGED AS ON 1-1-2014
4.     FITMENT BE 3.87 AS DEMANDED
5.     NOT TO ACCEPT ALL NEGATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS
6.     TO ANNOUNCE PERMANENT WAGE BOARD  TO REVIEW FOR EVERY 5 YEARS.
7.     TO REFER GDS PAY TO JUDICIAL COMMITTEE
8.     IMMEDIATE REVISION OF CASUAL LABOUR WAGES BY IMPLIMENTING DIRECTORATE ORDERS IN POSTAL DEPARTMENT WITH ARREARS AND IMPLIMENT NEW WAGES AS FIXED FOR REGULAR EMPLOYEES

MOST RETROGRADE RECOMMENDATIONS AFTER 2ND PAY COMMISSION.
ALL CG EMPLOYEES WENT ON STRIKE AGAINST 2ND PAY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS.

NOW IT IS TIME TO PROVE THAT CG EMPLOYEES ARE NOT BEGGARS AND FIGHT FOR JUSTICE.
