Circle Welfare committee meeting held on 03/12/2014

Dear Comrades,

In the back drop of the Hudhud cyclone, Circle Welfare committee meeting was held on 03/12/2014 and a decision was taken to support the postal employees of affected area. It was decided to grant financial assistance of Rs.4000/- for Departmental and ED employees and Rs.3000/- for contingent employees of the affected Postal employees of three disctricts from the circle welfare fund. It is also decided to recover from the pay of their salary.

1.All the officers have to contribute Rs.1000/-

2.All the HSG-I staff has to contribute Rs.800/-

3.All the PA staff has to contribute Rs.600/-

4.All the Postmen staff has to contribute Rs.400/-

5.All the ED staff has to contribute Rs.200/-
