CIRCLE CONFERENCE NOTICE

 No   R – III Circle Conference 2013-14                        Date 02-12-13. 

Notice

              In accordance with article 54 of the constitution of All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group ‘C’ the 31^st Circle Conference of All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group ‘C’ Andhra Pradesh Circle will be held on 05-01-14 and 06-01-14 at Nalgonda, the Conference will preceded and succeeded by Circle Working Committee Meeting on 04-01-14 and 07-01-14. The conference and the CWC will be presided by Com B. Pamulu Circle President. The conference will commence at 10 am sharp. All the Circle Union Office Bearers, Divisional, Branch Secretaries and the delegates are requested to attend the conference in time. It is requested to send the names of the delegates to the reception committee and a copy to the circle union.

Subject to modification by the Circle Working Committee the agenda of the conference is as follows.

1)                      Adoption of biennial Report and Audited Accounts

2)                      Problems and Resolutions.

3)                      Norms of SPC and R – Net.

4)                      All India Conference & its preparations.

5)                      Organizational Review, Functioning of

i)           Branch Unions

ii)                      Divisional unions

iii)                    Circle Union        

iv)                    CHQ

v)                      Federation           

vi)                    Confederation 

6)                      Circle building

7)                      Election of office bearers

8)                      Venue for the next circle conference

9)                      Any other item with the permission of the chair
